•Tracking

An order confirmation email will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to your email.

 

•Returns

No returns or exchanges, Please order carefully and be sure you get the correct sizing & product. If there is a product defect or a problem with your order, please email info@narvellanderson.com

 

•What if the product is damaged in the mail.

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, and defective items must be submitted to info@narvellanderson.com within 5 days after the product is received.

we ask for a photo verification of damaged goods, then we will send a replacement at no cost.

 

•What if the product is lost in the mail.

If your package becomes lost, we will re-print and re-send your order at no cost. However, if the tracking information for the package states that is has been delivered, unfortunately we would not take responsibility.
