We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express) as payment. We also accept payments through PayPal.

 

•If there is a hold on my payment how long does it take for the payment to be released.

All payments are processed through paypal, If the funds are not available or made through ePayment Paypal ensures that the seller gets their money before shipment. Depending on your bank it may take up to 2-3 days before funds are released.

 

•Sales tax

We ship from California and North Carolina , All orders delivered to a California and North Carolina address will be charged sales tax based on their local shipping address. This tax will be added to your total charge during the checkout process. Shipping addresses in all other states will not be charged sales tax.

 

•Shipping & Delivery

Please allow up to 1-5 business days for order processing, and an additional 3-7 business days for delivery.

 

•Do you ship internationally

Yes, We ship internationally. please allow 1-5 bushiness days for order processing, and a additionally 5-15 business days for delivery

 

•Tracking

An order confirmation email will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to your email.

 

•What if the product is damaged in the mail.

Defective or damaged merchandise due to shipping must be reported to info@narvellanderson.com

Within 30 days of purchase, we ask for a photo verification of damaged goods, then we will send a replacement at no cost.

 

•What if the product is lost in the mail.

If your package becomes lost, we will re-print and re-send your order at no cost. However, if the tracking information for the package states that is has been delivered, unfortunately we would not take responsibility.

 

•Returns

No returns or exchanges, Please order carefully and be sure you get the correct sizing & product. If there is a product defect or a problem with your order, please email info@narvellanderson.com

If the return is not fault of the company you will be responsible for the cost of the shipping.

If you are not satisfied with your item you may exchange it with proof of purchase.

 

•Odor with shipment.

Any odor that you may smell is by-product of the printing method used to print the design. Our manufacturing company, The print odor you smell on your clothing is temporary and will go away once you take the shirt out of the bag. 

•How long do I have to submit a claim for a exchange.

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, and defective items must be submitted to support@nardxe.com within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the delivery date. Please allow 7-21 days for your exchange to be processed and shipped to you.
